Emmalynn and Cole's engagement session was one for the books. This was a last minute session with only a week before the session at booking. I think it is safe to say that booking this session in Cheeseman Park in Denver, Colorado was a home run. This session brought my creative side to life and fully allowed me to capture their story.
This location felt like a piece of Greece landed in Denver. The whole session was full of magic, love, and beauty. Despite being nervous about posing and being awkward in front of the camera, these two did an excellent job at being themselves and the photos show a strong display of love. From the moment you open their gallery, there’s a sense of calm and intimacy that flows through every frame. Whether it’s quiet glances, soft smiles, or the subtle way they hold each other. All of these images feel like they are out of a movie which is exactly what my cinematic view desired.
As soon as I delivered their gallery, I knew this would be one of those sessions I look back on often. It’s soft, it’s warm, and it’s filled with the kind of moments you can’t pose or recreate. It has a beauty you read about in fairytales.
